Our client is an independent creative agency working across a delightfully diverse range of sectors including spirits, beer, industrial, art, fashion, technology and financial services. They’ve been in the business of building brands for over 20 years and are looking to expand their small but perfectly formed creative team.
This is a really lovely role for a junior candidate with a can-do attitude to experience the world of a creative agency. Our client are seeking a studio assistant to support the studio and project management teams, with scope to progress and take on more responsibility over time.
This is primarily a 5 day a week role in the studio, but working from home requests on occasion will be considered against needs.
This role reports into the Head of Client Services and will receive support from the Office Manager across tasks such as managing staff holidays across the HR system, booking travel and accommodation where needed, ensuring client-facing areas of the office are professional and presentable, organising summer and Christmas parties plus other fun office events, supporting the Office Manager in admin tasks and generally being a friendly and welcoming face to everyone who comes into the office.
Our ideal candidate:
Has some previous experience in a role of similar scope with a passion for branding, graphic design and the creative industries
A confident communicator and fast learner who thrives in a team environment
Someone with a passion for their own ideas to help improve the office’s culture and client service.
Is happy working on a Mac and using Microsoft Office and Google software.
