Position: Digital Account Manager
We have a client based near Sevenoaks who is currently looking for a digital account manager to join the client services team, they are a marketing & PR design agency working on projects both on and offline for a variety of clients locally and throughout the UK.
They are a looking for an account manager to ensure a cohesive integration between PR and trade marketing campaigns and online community management – owned, paid and earned, reporting directly into the Creative Director and work in unison with client services team and the design studio.
Be an ambassador for the agency and champion online content expertise across the business
Ensure the client has a perception of digital excellence within the agency’s skillset
Ensure the client receives outstanding service and has a positive agency experience
Assist our clients in creating and implementing digital visions – primarily social community building at the outset, strategies and roadmaps that address today’s business needs and future growth
Collaborate and undertake a proactive and strategic online approach into the client content campaign planning process
Identify where our clients can utilise digital content for greatest strategic impact and define the priority capabilities required to succeed
Lead multi-disciplinary teams to shape, sell and implement digital/social strategies
Manage and delight clients and manage digital/social stakeholder day-to-day interaction – content calendar programming
Facilitate social visioning workshops with clients and create best practice digital frameworks and learning support (i.e. train them on what is needed on social platforms – content is king!)
Instigate continuous collaboration with internal teams to devise integrated campaigns encompassing an online perspective – digital and online content at the outset not an after thought
Inspire and add value with online content and optimise user experience – guide and direct implementation
Take the lead in planning, managing, and monitoring ongoing digital campaigns – evaluating and guiding tactical maneuvers through the campaign lifecycle (development to be given beyond social)
Devise, direct and measure client’s social strategies in line with PR and campaign strategies – build communities and attract influencers and engaging content
Measure and evaluate performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals – ROI and KPI’s
Collaborate with supplier partners – media, associations, and influencers etc
Build online social network communities – targeting relevant audiences in-line with client target markets
