We are partnering with an independently owned design agency with offices and joint ventures around the world. Specialising in the design, build and implementation of innovative display, retail environments and consumer engagements for a large number of premium brands based in the UK and Worldwide.

They are looking for a Junior Artworker to join their team. You will be predominantly working on POS projects.

The Role:

You will be working on a diverse range of design briefs and will be:

  • Working closely with the project managers, 3D design team, concept team and fellow graphic design/artworkers.
  • Producing high-quality design visuals consistent with the brand guidelines and visual language.

You will need:

  • To demonstrate the ability to take existing designs, finesse them, and take them through to final artwork and print;
  • To provide a high standard across a variety of design briefs;
  • To demonstrate a good understanding and capability of graphic design, artwork and print production;
  • To maintain brand consistency, adhering to brand guidelines at all times;
  • To have good typography skills, and be able to retouch and manipulate images, understanding on the relationship between type and image.


  • It is essential that you have a competent understanding of Photoshop, In-Design and Illustrator
  • They are looking for someone with a keen eye for quality and detail, and ideally a good understanding of the retail environment and shopper experience;
  • They would like to see a strong portfolio, ideally within the retail design sector;
  • It is important you have the ability to work both autonomously and alongside other designers, project managers and directors;
  • You should have the ability to work in an informal environment within a creative company;
  • As their briefs are fast paced, you will need excellent time management and have a flexible approach to work loads;
  • The ideal candidate will have knowledge of retail furniture and travel retail design, however we are a willing to look at associated design backgrounds;
