Are you our clients next leader? They have a personality-driven, measured and knowledgeable approach to client services and are looking for someone to inspire internally and externally offering experience and strategic guidance to the wider client services and service area teams. 

Client responsibilities:

Lead the service area teams to deliver client quotas to a high quality and on time  

Have a proven track record of client successes. Ideally you'll have experience across both B2C and B2B

Identify and take opportunities to create best-in-class client work and campaigns  

Working closely with industry insight to help inform new strategies and the continuous improvement of existing strategies 

Adhere to strict quality assurance processes, showing low-to-no mistakes across all client planning and deliverables 

Show have you’ve been able to build strong relationships with clients, enabling to negotiate and discuss serious matters with a deeper level of trust and understanding 

Be a stickler for time and budgets, showcasing how you’ve been able to balance client budgets, direct costs and team costs to manage profitable accounts 

Be involved with key new business activities, helping to grow our client base 

Continually develop and standardise systems and best practices – both human and technological – for content strategy, creation, distribution, and maintenance 

Internal responsibilities:

Be a leader in the business, helping inspire and make an impact on those around you. This includes:

Be an advocate of the agency's brand, ensuring that their own tone of voice, assets, and presentations are all refined and in-line with their brand 

Be a fantastic communicator 

You are a planner with the ability to manage through multiple tasks 

Resilient and happy to use feedback to improve 

Focus the teams – not only yours – to work smarter and on budget. The commercial approach to the team must include: 

Staff are clear on client quotas and work they are expected to deliver 

Direct costs are kept to a minimum  

Seek efficiencies and opportunities to improve time and cash expenditure across all accounts – from internal to freelancers 

Monitor time so they don’t over service clients 

Support the directors in forecasting and reporting – using data and analytics to help drive this through
