We're working with a household name multi-disciplinary agency (you've definitely heard of them) who have an amazing range of blue chip clients, deliver award winning integrated campaigns, and have a strong culture within their various teams and sub-brands. We're working specifically with their production team, a well oiled machine that produces amazing creative work on time and on budget.

The team is currently around 30 heads but, as they are extremely busy, we're looking to add a pair of new producers to their team! It's a fast paced team with little hierarchy; there are of course different levels of people from juniors to extremely well established seniors, but everybody in the team owns their own work - you certainly won't just be doing someone else's admin.

What You'll Be Doing

It's a relatively straightforward video producer role! You'll be working closely with the account managers and other PMs / producers internally to deliver a range of video content and photography and you'll most definitely be spending days on set shooting.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ownership over the logistics and production of a project, including budgeting, scheduling, briefing in the required skill sets and overseeing through the production phases.
  • Working with external suppliers to ensure the timely, cost effective and high quality delivery of work spanning creative campaigns and content.
  • Managing costings and looking after the pre production, production, and post production phases of a project.

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have worked in a production house or integrated agency environment as a producer, though any sort of creative agency experience is definitely relevant if you've managed all elements of the production of film and photography. You'll have a strong understanding of the creative production process from concepting, planning and budgeting, and then working closely with creative teams to get the work done. While you will often be working collaboratively, we do need somebody who is capable of running their own projects.

All the usual personality traits apply - we are after somebody who wants to roll their sleeves up and muck in with a tight knit, highly collaborative team. That, and being genuinely invested in delivering great work are the most important things for this one.
