A very high profile, international architecture practice is looking for an ambitious Marketing Campaign Executive to join the European team of their global marketing and communications department. The role will work with project teams and Directors in their studios across Europe, the Middle East and Africa to create inspiring, insightful campaigns that generate awareness, drive client engagement and win new work for the practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Marketing in the creation of innovative and dynamic brand marketing campaigns that bring the businesses values and purpose to life; including digital mailers and hard copy
  • Lead on the creation of project material, such as project sheets and project pages for the website
  • Maintain an organised database of marketing and business development templates, assets, project sheets and CVs, regularly coordinating with the Bid team as to ongoing requirements
  • Oversee production of new project photography across the EMEA region
  • Lead on website changes for any project updates including all project imagery and appropriate tagging
  • Contribute to the organisation and management of internal staff events as required
  • Work with Head of Marketing and Head of EMEA to identify industry awards and manage submissions process

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a professional services or complex, high-profile B2B environment, preferably with international exposure
  • The ability to multi-task, adapt to a fast-paced environment and turn things around quickly
  • Creative approach to campaigns, able to bring fresh thinking to help position our work to different target audiences
  • Strong writer
  • Good project management skills; experience of managing multiple projects
  • Confident working in a complex organisation, interfacing successfully with a wide range of teams, willing to engage with senior stakeholders
  • Experience of using Adobe Creative Suites including InDesign and Photoshop desirable
