Middleweight Interior Designer (Workplace)
A small design studio that are getting busier and busier as more Commercial projects are being given the green light as we slowly go back to the office more and more, seek an Interior Designer with a technical bias who is fluent in Autocad and Sketchup to add to their team. While conceptual abilities are also very much desired, so you are a bit of an all-rounder in what you can do in Commercial Interiors!
Therefore you would have run projects yourself, being in charge of the technical design and build, with strong technical abilities and client facing experience, but also great with project co-ordination on-site as well as modelling and some visualisation ability is a plus.
The type of projects you've worked on must be some workplace or co-working space projects, but even more importantly is they are on the high-end side on smaller softer projects.
The role would suit someone who can get into London quite easily, as though they are all remote they should have secured an office by Christmas, whereby 2-3 days will be required with the team somewhere in Central-East London.
This is definitely a great opportunity to assist the DD/business owner in a small team, where you will enhance your folio with great potential exciting projects.
