Our client on this one is a health startup with a focus on men's wellbeing. They've just had significant seed funding which is seriously accelerating their grown, something which their well rounded creative and brand marketing team have been instrumental in. While based in the UK, they have a growing footprint globally. Thanks to how busy they are they're now looking add a new producer to their team (even though they only just hired somebody else).
What You'll Be Doing
It's a relatively straightforward creative producer role! You'll be working closely with the rest of the branding and marketing team internally to deliver campaigns and content spanning photography, motion, and video production.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ownership over the logistics and production of a project, including budgeting, scheduling, casting and managing shoot days.
- Project managing creative workflow including timings, costing and resource requirement.
- Booking talent and freelancers to support with the delivery of the projects.
- Contributing to concept development.
- Ongoing campaign / creative management with an eye on what creative works best for the business.
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have worked in a production house, digital agency or another startup previously, though any sort of creative agency experience is definitely relevant if you've delivered production of video, photo and motion assets for social and other digital channels. You'll have a strong understanding of the production process from concepting, planning and budgeting, through to being on shoot and making sure everything runs smoothly. While you will often be working collaboratively, we do need somebody who is capable of running their own projects from end to end. Having the ability to turn your hands to a bit of copy or design is a nice to have but definitely isn't essential!
All the usual personality traits apply - we are after somebody who wants to roll their sleeves up and muck in in a very fast paced environment, working with a tight knit brand team.
