I am recruiting for an Account Manager for a global creative agency who have over 1000 people across multiple offices around the world, including around 180 in their London HQ.
The agency delivers world class creative campaigns and strategies on social insights for a variety of sectors including automotive and FMCG.
What is the role?
As Account Manager, you'll be joining the client services team, which is a crucial part of the agency's success. You will be managing a client in the automotive space. Reporting to the Account Director, you will manage your client day to day, to deliver the best solutions that the agency offer. It will be your responsibility to ensure tasks are completed within the given timelines and budgets, to the highest of standards.
- Day to day management of the client relationship and activities
- Delivering of a retainer alongside creative campaigns
- Overseeing social profile management
- Ensuring all agency processes are being adhered to
- Creating client presentations
What are they looking for?
They are looking for someone who comes from a client services background within an agency, who has a good knowledge of social.
You will need to be organised and confident with clients.
They would consider a strong Exec who wants a step up if you have at least 2 years' experience.
