Social Media Manager
I am recruiting for a Social Media Manager role at a social creative agency based in Shoreditch, who work with a lot of global brands across food and drink, amongst others.
They are a full-service agency who provide strategy, creative, content production, paid social media management and more.
The agency has gone through a massive period of growth this year and set to continue in this fashion, so they are looking for someone who's ambitious and wants to grow with the company.
What is the role?
As Social Media Manager, you will be working on one of the agencies biggest accounts, a coffee manufacturer. It's a busy, fast paced account where you'll be liaising with stakeholders in both the clients' London and international office.
Reporting to the Account Director, you will be leading the day-to-day social output, driving the creative briefs across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. You will be responsible for driving the social strategy and helping to steer the creative for the account.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Managing client relationships at senior level, whilst being super organised with timelines and budgets
- Strategy - using insights to develop creative briefs
- Content development - coming up with new, innovative ideas that challenge the client
- Campaign creation
- Community management across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
- Influencer management
- Keeping up with the latest trends
- Monthly reporting
Who's their ideal candidate?
They are looking for someone who has 3 years' experience in a social media role from an agency background.
You will need demonstrated knowledge of all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat and TikTok.
Influencer management experience is a bonus, but not a necessity.
This is a fast paced account so you need to be able to have a proactive attitude.
