I am currently working on a New Business Manager role for an immersive agency, who create brand experiences and events which bring audiences together across physical, digital, social and virtual. With a huge variety of clients across automotive, sport, travel and hospitality, amongst others, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a business development background.

What's the role?

Reporting to the CEO/Executive Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading the new business strategy, whilst assisting the agencies vision for growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing targeted contact strategies for new and existing clients
  • Using your past insights experience to win pitches
  • Assessing and progressing all promising conversations, briefs and request for proposals
  • Networking
  • Delivering on opportunities into the business

Who's their ideal candidate?

They are ideally looking for someone who has at least 3 years' experience in business development for an agency, who has led numerous new business pitches to date, with a proven track record.

Demonstrated experience in running CRM tools, sales processes and pipelines is also a necessity.

A background working in live events within the advertising sector is desirable, but not a prerequisite.
