Social Media Manager
I have a leading brand activation agency who work across sectors including FMCG, health and beauty, luxury goods and retail!
This job is three days in the office and two days at home.
You will report into the Digital Strategy Director you will be heading up an exciting opportunity for them to build our Social Media and Influencer client services. In this cross-functional role you will be taking on the challenges of utilising Social Media in Experiential campaigns to drive optimised ROI for our clients.
You will be working with our Creative, Client Development and Campaign Management teams to come up with strategies to amplify social media for our client campaigns, increasing reach, engagement and retention and managing the implementation of these strategies throughout the entire creative and development process.
Management and Delivery
Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns for clients, including influencer marketing and geotargeting
Present and discuss social media and influencer campaign strategies with internal teams and clients.
Contribute towards building workflows and processes to ensure cohesive production of social campaigns.
Create toolkits and guidelines to ensure correct delivery in an optimal timeframe of social digital assets.
Manage our live event feeds on social media channels, optimising engagement and participation rates.
Advise and brief on repurposing digital content from events for increasing reach, engagement and ROI.
At least 3 years commercial experience working in an influencer, social media or PR company or department with responsibility for social media and influencer marketing services.
Proven examples of planning and producing successful campaign-led social media and influencer campaigns.
Experience managing, coaching, mentoring and developing individuals.
Experience working with all paid social marketing, including but not limited to Business Manager, Adroll, YouTube Ads and Pinterest Business.
Exceptional understanding of social content strategies and planning.
Detail orientated with excellent organisational skills, communication and interpersonal skills
Faultless copywriting skills with understanding of Photoshop, Canva and other image or photography editing software to amend visuals.
Exceptional Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
