Junior Graphic Designer - Independent brand communication agency

They are looking for a bright, enthusiastic Junior designer with a minimum of 1 year's experience to join their London studio. You will have an appetite for delivering strong intelligent creative with a focus on annual reporting and corporate communications. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse and exciting client base and to develop and hone your skills as a designer.
You’ll have 1+ years of experience designing for print with a focus on corporate comms
– any reporting experience will be a bonus.
You’re comfortable working to deadlines in a busy studio.
Have experience in the industry standard software, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. Figma knowledge is a bonus.
Confident to see your designs through from concept to artwork.
Inherent desire to push creativity. Willing to help teammates, share knowledge and learn from them.
High attention to detail regarding layout, typography, iconography and grid structures ensuring quality in all aspects of projects through to delivery.
A proactive and can-do attitude.
Looking to develop your client-facing skills.
Be passionate about all things design. Research, showcase and share knowledge in the latest trends and technologies.
What you’ll be doing
Collaborating with designers, design directors and creative directors to produce beautiful, meaningful work for some of the world’s biggest brands.
Producing robust ideas and designs using a range of applications to communicate to colleagues and clients effectively.
Working closely with account managers to understand client objectives and deliver the best creative solution.
Working on a variety of projects including annual and sustainability reports, infographics, brand, campaign and employee engagement.
