We’re working with a prestigious, heritage sports brand with an international reach to find a Designer who will be responsible for creating best in class communications for different parts of the organisation and across all platforms.

The brand is associated with excellence and this person will play a key role in maintaining those standards as brand guardian whilst continually enhancing and developing the brand creatively.  You’ll have the opportunity to work across an extremely varied range of projects and disciplines, utilising the same levels of care and design detail.  There will be a good amount of day to day tasks which will need to be delivered on time and to the highest standards, as well as larger, bespoke creative projects where you’ll have more time to develop conceptual ideas and craft the outcome.

This person will work collaboratively with a tight-knit creative team as well as different stakeholders in the business so should be confident gathering the right information, managing expectations through creative conversations and presenting ideas and design solutions.  We’re looking for someone who wants to make a strong creative impact and thrives on producing high quality design work every time. You’ll need to be comfortable taking projects from initial stages through to execution and have a good knowledge of preparing work for print for different disciplines including publications, signage and large format, invitations, advertising and packaging.  We’d also love you to have some knowledge, and experience of digital formats.

Our ideal candidate:

Should have experience in a similar design role and environment along with an ambition to produce outstanding work.

Will be an established mid-senior, conceptual enough to take on the bigger, creative projects, but equally comfortable delivering day to day communications work.

Is confident working with brand guidelines but pushing ideas and design solutions where appropriate.

Is a strong communicator and enjoys presenting and explaining their work.

Will need expert skills in Creative Suite and ideally some interest in developing their skills in moving image and motion.

Is team orientated and collaborative in the way they work.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-loved brand with lots of upcoming and exciting creative projects.  If you would like to hear more please do get in touch with jim@edenmarsh.co.uk
