We’re working with a global agency to find a mid-senior level Art Director to join the studio that focuses on creating outstanding b2b work for their clients.
This is a great opportunity to be involved with, and take the lead on, multiple accounts and projects. You’ll be responsible for creating campaigns that have an instant and positive impact and take ownership for the look of the overall finished product.
Working with a small and highly creative team, you’ll support the Creative Director to ensure the maximum effectiveness of creative concepts. We’re looking for someone who is able to generate lots of fresh and original ideas from a brief and has the design skills to take these concepts through to a designed deck for client presentations.
You’ll be confident working on integrated campaigns that involve multiple formats and channels, including social media, and will want to continuously strive to push creative ideas and thinking to explore different solutions and outcomes.
Our ideal candidate:
Has previous experience working within a creative team for a communications agency and a strong understanding of the creative process.
Thinks creatively and can devise imaginative and intelligent campaigns based on client briefs.
But is also hands on enough with design software to put together impressive decks for presentations.
Can quickly understand the strategic business intents of projects and communicate this to audiences in a strong visual way.
Has excellent communication skills and will be a credible and influential member of the team.
Will be equipped with an impressive folio of campaign work (ideally a mix of b2b and b2c).
