Office Manager - Large Format Printers
This leading provider of large-format graphics, based in Hertfordshire is seeking an Office Manager to join its thriving office on an initial three month contract leading to a permanent role.
This will be a key role in ensuring that the office/studio functions in a smooth and efficient way on a daily basis.
The role will involve the day to day purchasing of materials for projects, maintaining stock records and dealing with suppliers. In addition, the candidate will deal with all office administration matters including managing office facilities, meeting and greeting of visitors, booking transport and couriers, and supporting the directors on a daily basis.
Applicants must be dynamic, highly organised, excellent communicators, good negotiators and available for an immediate start. A solid office/studio management background, ideally within a design studio, production house or printers would be advantageous and full knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
