Planning Manager - Shopper Marketing
This shopper centric agency, compromised of three fast growing agencies, are looking for a bright and proactive Planning Manager to join their team. Working with your peers, you'll collaborate across multiple FMCG and retail brands, to develop market-leading campaigns that will engage shoppers across all touchpoints!
- Running internal workshops with your peers to develop insight-driven campaigns, ensuring that you are meeting the needs of your client
- Building media planning into your marketing response, you'll ensure that media budgets are being used efficiently, ensuring that as a business you are applying the right media mix to each campaign to leverage performance!
- Shaping a client response to a brief, by utilising research and data
- Working cross teams to ensure that each brief exceeds the clients expectations!
- You'll be a key player in the development and implementation of internal tools that will maximise project performance
To be considered, you'll have a strong track record in creating and implementing marketing plans within in a similar environment. Any experience working across shopper marketing or FMCG brands is also highly advantageous! You'll be curious, commercial yet creative, and strategic.
