This award winning interdisciplinary creative agency that prides itself on producing unique, bespoke and impacting retail solutions for a wide-ranging client base, are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager or Account Director, to take ownership over all client communications and guide an impressive project and account management team. This is an exciting time and opportunity to join an energetic and successful creative design agency, to be part of a small but mighty and hands-on team.

What responsibilities will this role include?

  • As SAM/ Account Director, you will act as the go to person for all client communications, knowing how to build and strengthen existing accounts, whilst also identifying opportunities for your clients, ensuring the continuous growth of the agency
  • You will lead a small, but dedicated and accomplished team of Account and Project Managers, ensuring that key milestones are delivered on time, within budget and to the agency's standard, taking full responsibility for critical paths, whilst also providing your team with support and guidance
  • You will be continuously reviewing the productivity of the team, and offering strategic ideas as to how the work flow can be streamlined and area's for growth
  • Using both your strategic and creative mindset, you will be able to support senior design staff, guiding how they can best work to ensure creative excellence, project after project

What experience is essential for this role?

  • Experience working on retail accounts (travel retail is advantageous) including the creation of toolkits, retail/ 3D environments and their production is highly advantageous for this role
  • Extensive experience leading clients, advising on costs and project delivery, at a senior level is key
  • A positive, proactive and confident attitude! You will be enthusiastic and a good mentor for your team, as well as a strong and reliable partner for your clients
  • Experience working on global alcohol brands is a huge bonus!
