Leading Global Agency is looking to hire a Lead UX Designer
Our client is more than an agency or consultancy, they are a digital partner, and they're helping brands achieve their digital freedom by empowering them to own their digital strategy, roadmap and products.
They cover the full development lifecycle, including product strategy, experience design, technical build and delivery across digital touchpoints from desktop, tablet and mobile, to emergent technology and omnichannel experiences.
They looking for an ambitious and talented Experience Design Principal with a passion for creating quality solutions that meet client’s business objectives and goals. You will be responsible for leading CX and UX as a discipline within the agency, both as a thought-leader and a practitioner, helping to win and drive new work , whilst working with experience designers and UI professionals across the agency to turn your thinking into world-class assets across web, mobile web native mobile platforms, and other digital touchpoints.
You’ll have a deep understanding of UX and user-centered design research along with platform-specific UI design, front-end development, content and brand strategy. They work from decisions based on data - so you will also work closely with the Digital and Experience Strategy team to help define and scope successful digital customer experiences from insight, research and strategy. You will also contribute towards expanding the UX revenue streams, though leading and supporting new business proposals and selling ideas for enhancements to our existing client base.
You will be a customer experience strategist with broad design experience and deep knowledge in UX, interaction, and UI design
