Our client are an award winning, global creative marketing communications and advertising agency.

They are looking for a Associate Creative Director with a Copywriting background, specifically within Healthcare Communications.

What You'll Do

We are searching for an Associate Creative Director to continually raise the standard of creative output - developing and managing creative and production projects from concept creation to completion.

You will be responsible for developing and transforming concepts into creative solutions, managing creative teams, and ensuring client objectives are achieved.

Ultimately, you will be a creative powerhouse with the ability to set the example, lead and inspire our healthcare copy team - clearly communicating conceptual, strategic and scientific thinking to the team to align to clients needs.

Crafting of concepts, strategies, and client presentations.

Managing and supervising multiple projects and teams.

Ensuring resources are allocated according to project needs.

Directing the overall development of creative materials.

Developing strong client partnerships and working collaboratively with account management to provide exceptional service to our clients.

What You'll Bring

You will need to have exceptional medical / healthcare copy writing experience with a good amount of experience in a healthcare communications agency.

You will have a real creative flair and passion, able to develop creative concepts and strategies that are insightful, relevant, innovative, and effective.  As well as solid knowledge of marketing, brand, and design principles and development.

An experienced leader and manager of creative teams, along with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
