One of the architecture industry's most desirable practices is seeking a temporary marketing and new business administrator to join them initially for 3 months. The purpose of the role is to split your time 50/50 between the marketing team and the new business team and to help them with their administration needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting business development initiatives including researching clients, opportunities, maintaining the database of submissions and contacts
  • Assisting in the preparation of summaries of opportunities, requests for information & proposals, bids and submissions
  • Maintaining all practice profiles/brochures ensuring they are up to date
  • Researching and updating of the press database and assisting in compiling press lists
  • Supporting the organisation in special projects such as exhibitions, office events, client events, building tours & visits, public speaking, lectures and seminars and visits

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
  • 1-3 years’ experience of working in a similar role and ideally with an architectural, media or arts background
  • Demonstrating intermediate use of MS Office and a basic understanding of Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Working as an effective member of a team in-house and with external press contacts, clients etc.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, accuracy, confidence and pride in your work.
  • Reliable, able to follow through and complete tasks
