Conceptual / Creative Designer – Sustainability Communications / Campaigns - £40,000 - £50,000
We are working with an award winning, creative agency and consultancy who offer strategy and reporting through to Campaign, PR and content for a diverse client roster, and focus on sustainability. The agency is well established and has built a reputation based around its strategical approach, creative output and the emphasis is places on truly understanding the brands that they work with and their goals with regards to Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility . This allows them to produce exceptional work that is executed to the highest standard and has meant that they have retained clients as well as winning new ones year on year.
The agency in question are looking for a talented Senior Creative / Conceptual Designer to work from initial brief of varied projects and lead by example with the conceptualisation and roll out of beautiful and high level design work.
You will need to have had creative agency experience and worked across corporate communications in terms of both editorial / reporting and integrated marketing.
You should be used to producing concepts that tell a story and crafting beautiful design work for information design / infographics and creating striking and informative layouts. The role will involve adding strategic and creative value as you work with the team around you and build relationships with clients alongside the Account Management team to provide outstanding creative solutions to briefs.
The agency pick up a broad variety of projects across all media, so you should be comfortable designing for print and digital and able to adapt to multiple projects each week. Your portfolio will need to demonstrate this as well as your conceptual thinking in response to briefs. You will need to be very comfortable designing everything from engaging and high profile sustainability reports, through to ads, web layouts, site plans and user journeys as well as ideally storyboarding, and producing any other digital content.
As a Senior Creative within the team, the agency will also look for you to work closely with the Design Director and Creative Director to inspire, mentor and work collaboratively with the team around you. They look for people who lead by example with the way you go about your work, your desire to help others and the attention to detail in your own work. Equally, they want to find someone who is keen to continue learning and to progress and develop with the agency.
