Strategist / Project Lead - Market Research Agency
We're working with a leading market research and innovation agency, who work with global brands within the FMCG, entertainment and lifestyle sectors, who are looking to hire two Strategist / Project Leads. Sitting in the talented Insights Team, you'll lead projects end to end, from initial brand strategy development through to innovation!
- Being the crucial link between research and solution - you'll bring together all research conducted to shape a powerful brand narrative, providing solutions to your clients specific business challenges
- You'll get your hands dirty from initial client briefing, through to overseeing the day to day management of work [budgets, schedules, etc] to presenting and delivery
- As Strategist/ Project Lead, you'll build trusted and insightful relationships with clients, ensuring that you have a coherent grasp on their organisation and the challenges they're looking to overcome
- You'll blend excellent commercial acumen with your strategic skills, to be able to create the 'bigger picture' and ensure that all strategic recommendations made are viable and market proof
What skills/ experience do you need?
- You'll need experience and understanding of the marketing mix [digital, comms, ATL, BTL, etc]
- An interest and understanding of applying consumer insight - what makes people tick?
- A helpful disposition; you'll always be at the ready to support both junior and senior team members
- A hunger for innovation - you'll want to dig as deep as possible to find the best solution, not the easiest solution, every time
