A multi award winning architecture firm based in Camden are looking to hire a Receptionist to be the first point of contact, creating a professional a friendly impression to clients, visitors and staff. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally presented and have a warm and personable demeanor and have excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reception and switchboard operation
  • Organise inbound and outbound mail
  • Managing meeting room diaries, organisation and catering.
  • Diary and email management
  • Ordering taxis and couriers and some travel bookings
  • Ensuring all visitors and staff adhere to COVID-19 guidelines
  • PA support to partner and some secretarial duties for the wider team
  • Marketing and events assistance

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a reception, administration or customer facing role
  • Experience or interest in architecture and design
  • Excellent people skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
