Senior Business Development Manager
An exciting creative agency who work with leading names across multiple sectors are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join their team.
What's the role?
You will be their first sales professional, leading the new business and sales output for the agency. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead generation
- New business development, working on growing and increasing revenue
- Negotiating on global deals and managing multiple pitches and projects
- Client Management and relationship building
- Developing & implementing sales systems
- Working with creatives and Accounts to build proposals
Who is their ideal candidate?
Their ideal candidate will have excellent communication and persuasion skills. You will have a strong knowledge and background within the agency world and will be a strategic thinker, looking at the long-term strategy as well as the quick opportunities. You will be confident, a self starter and happy to tackle a new role for the agency!
