Project Manager – Creative Communications Agency
An award winning, international, creative communications agency, who specialise in design, architecture and digital, are looking for a Project Manager to manage global projects and have unique exposure to varied world-class design and architecture.
—The ideal candidate will be confident, personable, detail-orientated, strategic and proactive with an interest in architecture, places and culture.
—They will offer at least five years of experience in a creative agency environment with the ability to showcase strong expertise in reacting to project evolution and client needs.
—They will work well alongside our global leadership and become part of, and ideally enhance, our global culture; coupled with a person who is eager to learn from and be inspired by multidisciplinary
— Communicate daily with active clients
— Maintain existing and legacy client relationships
— Arrange and attend client meetings and calls
— Manage clients across multiple time zones, including: China, Europe and the USA
— Workflow management and project scheduling
— Guide projects alongside the company leadership
— Delegate tasks to the creative team
— Assist the creative team with solutions and strategies
— Quality control, reviewing project creative prior to issue
— Monitor project progress, performance and provide status reports
— Manage project resourcing and third-party project contributors
— Support project initiation and briefings
— Manage third party budgets
— Advise on project process and debriefings
— Monitor account finances and profitability
— Guide invoicing and assist the Accounts and Operations teams
