We are partnering with an international public relations and integrated communications agency, and they are looking for a Junior/Midweight Designer to join their team. Their specialist expertise spans tech, automotive, consumer packaged goods, energy and industrials, financial and professional services, food and drink, healthcare, retail and leisure.

They are looking for a Junior/Middleweight Designer who understands brand and is adept at bringing it to life across multiple touch points. Within this role you'll be exposed to a variety of opportunities and will be required to use your creative skills within a team environment to deliver some excellent creative thinking.

You'll be integral to projects so experience in branding and implementation through print, digital and environments will be essential. You will be expected to have a degree of client contact and as part of a close-knit team, communicate your ideas. The type of work could encompass any of the projects listed above.

  • Relevant design / creative qualification - Previous experience in fast-paced agency environment


  • Supporting /working with the design team & client service team
  • Attending brainstorms
  • Developing concepts that are both creative & suitable for client needs
  • Taking briefs and client/ colleague feedback
  • Pre-press & digital artwork
  • Liaising with/briefing suppliers
  • Liaising with colleagues in H&K London
  • Supporting senior designers
  • Client meetings


  • Creative flair: Ideas /concept generation both independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Keen interest in branding
  • Typography /brand creation / layout skills
  • Sound knowledge of print production, web design and motion graphics
  • Attention-to-detail
  • Awareness of current and emerging design trends
  • Fluent use of relevant software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite and use of Macs
  • Good time management skills
  • Writing skills: rationales and basic writing for design
  • Independent management of projects
