Interior Designer and Project Manager role
This multi-disciplinary architecture and design practice specialises in the hospitality sector creating imaginative designs for pubs, restaurants and outdoor entertaining spaces.
Based in a wonderful coastal location they have won awards for their innovative and creative projects and are currently looking to fill two vacancy roles:
- Interior Designer. They will be looking for a passion for design, particularly within the hospitality sector; someone who is self-motivated with the skillset to see small and large-scale projects through from initial feasibility stage to on-site construction. You should have a minimum 5 years’ relevant experience; able to produce detailed technical drawings; literate in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Photoshop and with excellent design, presentation, conceptual and visualising skills. A comprehensive understanding of materials for specific applications and a good understanding of building regulations are also sought.
- Project Manager. You will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of all projects, from concept to completion ensuring: performance and progress meet the contractual requirements; projects are being delivered on time and to budget; managing both contractors and designers throughout the process. You will have a minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role; be ambitious, creative, a multi-tasker and well-organised, able to meet demanding deadlines.
Salaries: Interior Designer (£30k to £35k); Project Manager (£40k to £50k), plus bonus and pension.
