Senior Digital Strategist- Healthcare Job Title:              Digital Strategist

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential: Expert knowledge of healthcare digital marketing
Experience : 5+ years experience in lead role
 
Key Purpose:    
 
Our client is a Global Marketing Communications agency with clients in the Healthcare Sector.
They are looking to hire a digital strategist with healthcare experience to expand their digital offering to their clients and bridge the gap between account management and creative services.
 
The agency and the wider outsourcing service is currently missing this specialist role that can be the face of digital across the company.
 
This person will think beyond the brief and challenge, strategize and develop digital technologies / platforms and solutions that will cement the agency to become their clients healthcare digital partner of choice.
 
Principal Accountabilities: Drive the strategic digital conversation with new and existing clients, cementing the agency as their digital agency partner of choice
 
Deliver innovation, exploring creative applications for new and emerging technologies actionable by new and existing clients
 
Educate teams internally bring the agency along with the digital journey, running internal training and education.
 
Provide support to the Outsourcing division around digital transformation discussions and wider digital technology conversations.
 
 
Key Performance Standards:
This role will be about delivering real digital innovation and change.
 
They will pitch for projects RFPs and RFIs, participate in workshops, and amaze people with their combination of creative thinking and technical knowhow while producing creative technical solutions that are exciting and in keeping with the project’s goals, timings and budget.
By figuring out the required technology and technical requirements, they will usher creative projects to the development stage, liaising between creative and technical teams to make sure new campaigns work as advertised.
 
Paying between £50-70K depending on experience
