We are partnering with an award-winning strategic brand consultancy. They have an opportunity for a talented Design Director / Creative Director to join their team.

They have a highly-skilled and specialized team focused on delivering outstanding creatively driven brand solutions to growth businesses in the B2B sectors of technology, finance and professional service. They are a talented and close-knit team big on experience, focused on delivering solutions that deliver real results for their clients.

The Opportunity

They need a Design Director/Creative to join and lead their design team. They will be responsible for leading creative solutions for brand projects across multiple channels and accounts. They will work on and lead design briefs with the support of the design team. You will be one of the key contact points for clients on creative work.

The focus of the role is to continue to drive design output by immersing yourself in the brand of their clients - pushing the boundaries to achieve commercial results for their clients.

Client projects typically include: brand research & strategy, proposition development, messaging framework, visual identity and supporting guidelines, development of key touchpoints for the brand including on and offline marketing collateral, creation of websites, co-ordinated digital channel marketing strategies and campaigns.

Key attributes of the candidate will include:

  • A desire to be part of a growing and influential strategic brand consultancy
  • Experience in technology, financial and professional services sectors
  • A confident communicator of creative strategy, ideas and solutions to C-Suite clients and the design team
  • Digitally aware with an understanding of how technology is driving branding
  • A thinker and a doer, able to inspire the team and deliver standout and appropriate creative work.

  • Inspire clients to invest, explore and embrace innovative creative solutions.
  • Advise clients on their brand strategies, value proposition, messaging, content and the digital solutions required to deliver an integrated approach.
  • Build loyalty and goodwill by over-delivering.
  • Seek out opportunities to cross and upsell ideas and solutions to expand their influence with their clients' leadership teams.
  • Focussed on achieving commercial potential for their clients by immersing yourself in their worlds, evaluating impact to prove creative value.
