A highly regarded brand studio, who work with some of the most sought after clients across entertainment, tech and gaming, are looking for an Experience Strategist.
- Working in the Strategy department, you'll play a key role in the creation of brand, innovation and customer experience programmes, all whilst building trusted relationships with clients & stakeholders
- You'll create tools and methods that influence change, whilst accelerating the agencies strategic offering
- Using your strategic experience, you'll be able to identify and map out business ecosystems, utilising your critical thinking to shape the digital experience of a brand [inc. customer experience mapping, product & service design, innovation, etc]
- Whilst the wider team will focus on traditional brand strategy, you'll bring in core expertise across experience design, able to own this part of the process, collaborating closely with the lead experience designer and partnering with your counterpart Brand Strategists
