Wonderful opportunity for a Senior Interior Designer with a strong background in high-end residential design for our client, a successful design studio that specialises in luxury residential interiors for private clients and developers, whose designs encompass approachable luxury, optimum comfort and quality with unquestionable functionality.
We require a experienced Senior who is confident in solely leasing projects and managing clients from initial concept to completion. You will be responsible for putting together presentations/schemes, client presentation, preparing FF&E schedules, managing budgets, producing detailed drawings, plans and elevations, specifications, sourcing and procurement of FF&E, on site delivery/coordination aspects and team management.
Must be AutoCAD, Estimac and Adobe Suite proficient and have prior high-end residential experience.
