The Fix are looking for a mid-weight digital designer to join on of London’s leading entertainment agencies.

They create imaginative marketing campaigns to promote theatrical, television/streaming and home entertainment content releases. From key art to epic social campaigns, stand out POS to show stopping trailers and everything in between.

Mid-weight Digital Designer  will be responsible for:

  • Digital / social idea generation, design and development
  • Ideate and present ‘big ideas’ to the account teams & clients
  • Own the digital creative output across all the below channels:
    • Display ads – banners, HPTO’s (static & HTML5 production)
    • Social content (video, MGFX, cinemagraphs, GIFs)
    • Digital OOH
    • Websites
    • Email
    • Logos, infographics & key art
    • Presentation & pitch documents
  • Mid-weight Digital Designer  will originate creative, as well as localising and adapting from master assets
  • Mid-weight Digital Designer  will manage multiple fast paced projects at one time from start to finish
  • Get involved in cross-discipline company pitches
  • Keep up to date with digital trends, especially social formats, initiatives and new-to-market features, and be able to present them internally and externally
  • Mid-weight Digital Designer  will have excellent digital creative, conceptual and typography skills required

Mid-weight Digital Designer Experience

  • 2+ years’ experience as a mid-weight digital creative with an extensive understanding of the social landscape
  • Proven track record working with multi disciplined and digital creative teams
  • Mid-weight Digital Designer will have experience of working in an integrated agency environment, with proven examples of digital advertising, social and integrated campaigns
  • Strong portfolio covering multiple channels; video, digital advertising, eCRM, social, website design, HTML build, UX/UI design
  • Experience working with blue chip clients, ideally with Entertainment credentials
  • Mid-weight Digital Designer  will be fluent in Adobe Creative Suite. Photoshop and After Effects/Animation experience is essential
  • Experience with rich media servers (DoubleClick/Sizmek)
  • Expert knowledge of design and HTML coding for digital build
  • Mid-weight Digital Designer  will have expert knowledge of HTML5 up to CSS3 (hard coding)
  • Good knowledge of standard CMS systems
