More formal requirements:
At least 4-6 years experience and have demonstrated a diverse portfolio of work that represents their talents.
Must be proficient in all key design packages and have a strong personal view on brands and continuously watching out for on clever brand expressions
Have experience in, but not limited to; brand conceptualisation, brand systems, use of brand assets in all media, evaluating and analysing brands to establish opportunity areas, codifying and creating narratives for brands using key assets and brand feel. Thinking about brand activations and ideas to create brand engagement for audiences.
