​We are working with an exciting, forward-thinking Fintech business, who have rapid growth plans to further expand this year and are looking to make key hires within their marketing team to help them achieve this.

They are looking for an experienced Marketing Data Analyst to join their fun, innovative and growing marketing team. This is a brand-new position where insight and analysis will drive their marketing strategy and have an overall impact on sales.​



Use internal and external data to create insightful analysis around media performance in order to improve business decision making

Use industry leading data modelling practices to analyse findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes

Pro-actively analyse marketing data in order to come up with new customer or business insights, that lead to recommendations for change

Help build a brand that is competitive and future proof

Pro-actively analyse marketing data in order to come up with new customer or business insights, that lead to recommendations for change

Detailed analysis of the CRM system to identify patterns in customer behaviour

Use data and programming skills to transform and manipulate data sources as needed

Use various tools (Hubspot, Tableau, Quicksight, Facebook ads manager, Google Analytics) to run queries on existing data sources to evaluate analytics and analyse trends

Be responsible for reporting and analysing the performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports

Work closely with our paid ads team and the Head Of Social


Strong data analysis background from a marketing / customer insight perspective including paid ad performance

Ability to work well under pressure and with multiple competing priorities

Enjoys working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

Experience with Hubspot, Tableau, Quicksight, Facebook ads manager, Google Analytics

Experience working with B2C centric data

Questioning the status quo and believing there is always a way to make improvements

Analytical mind-set with a problem-solving aptitude

Demonstrated experience analysing and interpreting data

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills​
