AJ100 Architectural Design studio in central London want to speak with Project Leading Workplace Strategy experts!
The Workplace Strategy specialist will lead the development of strategic workplace brief for small and large-scale workplace projects. Clients include tech, finance, communication suppliers and many more!
You will have experience in leading the coordination of strategic data gathering exercises of the physical, cultural and technological aspects of a working environment. Including the presentation of the resulting analysis. Working closely with key stakeholders & design teams, the information gathered will be translated into a meaningful concept, space budget and ultimate client brief that aligns with what it is the client is trying to achieve with their new office space.
At the heart of this role is a pro-active, client focused approach, where the ability to communicate and work with colleagues from other areas of the business is vital. The role is ‘hands on’ and will require previous workplace analyst and strategy experience that can be demonstrated within a CV and portfolio of work.
