About the Job

Are you a world-class designer with a flair for app design? Do you see websites, and intuitively know how to make them look great? Already wondering what you could do to make this ad more beautiful?

We're looking for a new UI designer to join our team. You'll be working with the Warhammer Marketing and Digital Technology teams to design and maintain user interfaces for Games Workshop's growing suite of apps, websites and online portals that compliment our IP whilst creating intuitive and user-friendly environments.

You'll need a comprehensive working knowledge of the main Adobe suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and a love of visual communications, not to mention a strong grasp of the core disciplines of graphic design and a good understanding of marketing, advertising and user experience (UX) design. Knowledge and prior experience of programmes like Figma and Sketch are preferred.

This role will give you the opportunity to work on a huge array of projects with our design team, from creating website wireframes and visuals, to designing app layouts and online marketing materials. Previous experience in these areas is essential.

We're fast-paced, imaginative and love the challenge of expressing our ideas to a global audience while meeting the many deadlines. If you think you're up for it, we'd love to hear from you.

Working at Games Workshop

At Games Workshop we are looking for people who will do their best to understand the needs of the company and to put those needs first when they are at work. Because of this we believe that what you are like, hence the attitude you show to work and the way you choose to behave is just as important as your skills and experience.

The Warhammer World site is based just outside of Nottingham city centre and benefits from a nearby tram stop and free onsite car parking.

In return for your hard work, you will receive:

  • Staff discount of between 25% and 50% on our products!
  • 33 days holiday per year (including public holidays)
  • Matching pension scheme up to 7.5%
  • Profit share bonus (subject to Games Workshop meeting profit targets)
  • Share Save scheme
  • Travel repayment scheme on Tram passes and Robin Hood Card
  • Cycle scheme
