I am working with a dynamic property development group that specialises in management, investment and development, operating across multiple sectors.

My client is looking for a Mid/Senior Integrated Designer to join their team. They are looking for someone who has strong digital and print experience who has worked at an agency or in house. You must also have at least 4+ years' industry experience.

Key roles and responsibilities:

  • To create digital campaigns and the creative assets that capitalise on their social media channels, helping drive brand awareness, engagement and generate new leads.
  • Bring your ideas to life in physical environments and spaces, using the latest technology and digital platforms to create unique experiences.
  • Report to the Group Brand director, with whom you will be creating brand identities, new innovations and ideas, helping to ease any pressure points in the work- flow and generate fresh thinking.
  • Format and tidy existing presentations/proposals/marketing materials ensuring they are 'on brand'
  • Create bespoke PowerPoint templates.
  • Design beautiful rich pictures that sell the company's expertise and services.
  • Be a brand guardian for the company, by generating and having a comprehensive understanding of their brand guidelines.
  • Utilising all their in-house tech platforms; keeping their website updated.

The Ideal Candidate :

  • Expert in MS PowerPoint
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe CS (Illustrator, In Design and Photoshop)
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Experience in creating design concepts and templates for client presentations.
  • Experience in creating interactive and animated presentations is desirable.
  • Excellent personal organisation and time management skills to prioritise often conflicting and demanding workloads.
  • Good visualising and layout skills essential, both print and online.
  • Proactive nature; able to use initiative, flexibility and provide solutions to problems.
  • Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Enjoys working on presentation material.
