Designer
A top London Retail and Branding Design Agency are looking for an experienced and talented Senior to join their successful 3D team .Working collaboratively between 2D, 3D, Motion, and Digital, they fuse retail design, retail graphics and brand identity projects to a variety of global clients.


You will be tasked with leading and developing complex 3D projects and inspire project teams to ensure that an initial concept is detailed and successfully delivered through to the final stages on time and on budget. You will will be involved in every stage of the project and use key insights to build, present and sell a winning solution to clients. Also able to use juniors and grads to assist in delivery.

The Team

• Able to direct, delegate and review work and also to work effectively within a project team
• Able to Coach and develop individual team members
Recognise poor performance within team and give constructive feedback based on the requirements of the brief or alignment to the big idea?
Creative Delivery
• Prepares and delivers on time and ensures that all design delivery information is robust and accurate
• Demonstrate and contribute towards the scoping and planning of projects, and the time forecast analysis for projects at all stages
• Able to prepare viable production information / estimates – can understand client’s needs and how these can be met in the most cost efficient and effective manner
• Demonstrate commercial awareness through incisiveness of creative input to client briefs

Creative Production
• Excellent knowledge of 3D design applications such as Vectorworks and Cinema 4D. Good working knowledge of Adobe CS suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
Knowledge of the RIBA process advantageous.
• Excellent sketching abilities
• Very good knowledge and relationships with contractors, suppliers, that supply and fulfil our 3D projects
• Very good knowledge of how different disciplines influence 3D, from retail graphics, motion graphics, digital and branding – able to work with any discipline
• Excellent ability to produce full design intent packs accurately and within given time scales and very good ability to get others to produce them
• Very good awareness of industry trends and new techniques and ability to communicate them back to the team
• Excellent awareness of the built environment, furniture and 3D design and can suggest workable solutions and always looking at precedent to develop our built solutions
