Project Co-Ordinator to Manager (mainly Digital, some Print)
Our client is a rising star of a design agency, based in Central London. Now mid-sized, they enjoy an ever-growing positive reputation; known for their excellent corporate branding, web & app design, printed literature, presentations and promotional and live events work.
Their latest hire is going to be a rising star too! Ideally a Project Co-Ordinator or Executive right now, but looking to take that decisive step into a fully-fledged PM role.
intelligent, organised and highly-motivated - a safe pair of hands that can work across print and digital projects from brief to delivery. Someone whose middle name is Flexibility.
As the job title says, this is a role for a digital professional with a decent knowledge of the print production too: a level-headed all-rounder that loves it when a plan comes together. From initial brief you'll be turning tasks into timelines, booking resources, managing budgets and working closely with all departments across the agency. In terms of the admin, you'll be comfortable with working with formal online management systems and producing understandable updates for your colleagues. You'll demonstrate strong technical skills and an understanding of AfterEffects, WordPress, HTML5, HTML and CSS and can show some evidence of working with Agile Project Management methodologies.
But most important is your ability to change and improvise. You understand how one change in the timeline affects all project dependencies and how to quickly manage and change on the hoof. You'll be the go-to guy/girl for everyone (and that's a badge you're proud to wear)
Right now there are four big (big) projects that need handling. If you have two or three years of agency experience, are looking for a bigger challenge and feel you should be rewarded for your efforts this could well be for you. Our client is an inclusive, empowering and collaborative agency. Why not step up before the year is out?
