An established charity, helping millions of people every year struggling with bad housing or homelessness, is looking for a Creative Lead to join their in-house team.
This is a really exciting time to join them, as they are transitioning from an old strategy to a brand new one! Their creative and marketing teams are working together to translate their new and improved strategy into their brand story and wider communications – so, as their Creative Lead, you will be leading an array of major projects from concept all the way through to production and delivering highly creative work backed up with strong strategic thinking. You will also be line managing and developing their fab designers and helping out the CD improve their creative process, plus much more.
This year, there is a unique opportunity to work as part of a team that will help develop and implement a new brand identity across the brand’s communications – you will be working with an external agency, exploring and stress testing a new identity across all communications, forming new and updating old rules across their visual and verbal identity and communicating it across the organisation as well as their external partners.
