Balancing design with strategy, this agency has a reputation for delivering creative excellence for brands within the luxury space.
As an Account Manager, you'll;
- Build relationships with clients of all levels of seniority; able to take creative briefs and add value by scoping budgets, creating detailed timelines and sourcing the relevant skill sets for each project
- Whilst you'll be client facing, you'll also be internally focused and be able to effectively brief designers, championing their work whilst also ensuring that concepts are on brief & match the client's expectations, creating schedules and tracking project spend
- Be eager to sink your teeth into every stage of a project, from initial ideation and strategy development, through to advising on wireframes and digital development
- Know the right questions to ask that provoke thought and emotion from your clients which help inform and shape a creative brief that exceeds their initial expectations; you'll take the reigns, add value throughout and use your commercial initiative to identify opportunity for your clients
