I am working with a growing multi-disciplinary practice that is going from strength to strength and as a result has a unique opportunity to add an experienced Architect and Architectural Assistant to their dynamic friendly team.
You will be an integral member of the business coordinating simultaneous projects at any one time. The team work across a variety of sectors including Structural projects within the commercial public realm. This is an ideal opportunity for anyone looking to work an involved role, with full autonomy for this company that are at a period of exciting growth.
The right individual must have a good mix of design and technical ability with good understanding of working in Revit.
To become a part of this growing practice, ideally the right Architect and Architectural Assistant will have the following skills and experience:
ARB Registered Architect (is not essential but ideal)
Good proficiency in Revit is essential
Project running abilities and implementing processes
Experience in working for a developer, architectural firm, multi-disciplinary engineering or structural firm would be an advantage but not essential
Coordinating across project stages
Strong communication and inter-personal skills
Understanding of UK building regulations and standards
Experience of the RIBA stages
