A successful retail design agency, who specialise in integrating digital and print communication Design are looking for a Studio Resource Manager to join their large team. The agency who work with some of the biggest names in retail, hold an established and exciting position within the market and the world of design.
What's the role?
This is a new role for the agency, so they are keen to find a candidate who can help them mould and shape the position.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage the allocation of creative resource across all project teams
- Working with project leads and design directors to establish resource needs
- Maintain overall awareness of studio workflow
- Track holiday requests and absences
- Monitor timings across all projects
- Ensure freelancers are kept up to date and complete timesheets accordingly
- Arrange induction days
- Recruitment of suitable freelancers
Who is their ideal candidate?
Their ideal candidate will have significant experience in a similar role at a senior level. You will be willing to advise on and implement new systems, as well as manage established creative teams.
It's key that you are a strategic thinker with good problem-solving skills and are an excellent communicator.
