Studio Resource Manager
Are you a Studio Resource Manager, with experience and gravitas to join this creative agency, and be the cornerstone of their buzzing 80 strong team. This is all new to them, but it’s now time and they can’t wait to embrace you - literally! You’ll need experience and natural gravitas to take the helm here but will be supported all the way.
What they do: create the worlds’ favourite consumer-centric brand experiences by defining and bringing design brands to life as physical and digital experiences across strategy, branding communications, environments and digital. They produce enviable brand experiences and are leaders of the pack.
What they need: A Studio & Resource Manager with previous experience within a creative agency to come on board and make their mark by implementing new work processes and practices to enhance the central management of efficient workflows, resourcing and budgeting to make sure that all projects run smoothly, efficiently, on time and to budget.
You’ll get to work side by side with their awesome Director of Brand Environments and Director of Branding and Communications as well as the senior management team to manage the resources required for the various project teams - you will be the much needed lynchpin within the studio and the core communicator to ensure that the teams have the right support and resources to achieve success. This includes liaising with various departments such as; HR, IT, training new hires and managing all freelance staff.

A concise communicator with a commercial and ordered approach to the organisation of resources, projects and budgets. Your experience gives you the edge and confidence to anticipate obstacles and overcome them, you are the heart of the studio and know how to ensure it ‘pumps’ smoothly and efficiently. You are dedicated and demonstrate clear decision making, you know when to flag an issue and how to communicate this effectively and timeously. You are passionate about what you do and that’s why you make running a bustling studio seem effortless.
