Within a large well-known design group sits a small friendly creative agency punching well above its weight. Within that agency sit some very creative people... and they need a new colleague - a friendly, organised, retail-loving designer.
We are helping them to find this creative and ideas-led person. A person that is looking to take their varied experience (print ads, POS, packaging - all underpinned by excellent typography, sensitive use of imagery and well-thought-out concepts) into a new specialism.
Joining the existing team, this designer will be responsible for creating and implementing retail campaigns incorporating POS, advertising and a variety of digital assets for some of the UK's leading brands. The successful candidate will be trained on the art and science of shopper marketing; building their knowledge of multi-channel retail touchpoints and promotional toolkits to become a leader in this fast-moving and challenging area of creative communications.
You'll (yes - let's say it's YOU that's going to grab this job) will work closely with design leads, project managers, artworkers, visualisers and your design team to originate brief-hitting shopper journeys. You'll be coming up with new concepts and being a champion of your own ideas amongst your colleagues and clients.
You'll get involved with all aspects of the creative process, building direct relationships with clients and suppliers and developing your skills across multiple platforms.
