Creative Services Manager
Our client is a centrally based, fast-paced advertising agency specialising in arts, entertainment and cultural work. They are looking for an experienced and super-efficient Creative Services Manager to be responsible for the overall smooth running of the creative services teams including Concept/Design, Digital, Content and Production.
This person will work closely and collaboratively with department heads to ensure they are well supported and achieving high quality output across all projects. Responsibilities include facilitating and stream-lining resource management, financial reporting and management, overseeing the allocation of concept projects and creating forecasts for upcoming projects and campaigns. You’ll also be the creative gatekeeper, ensuring briefs are detailed and correct before being assigned to the team.
We’re looking for someone who can respond effectively to a varied range of client challenges and work collaboratively with the wider Studio to deliver inspired creative solutions. This person will need to be informed and across every aspect of a client project, developing a really deep understanding of the objectives and deliverables and ensuring that these are continually met.
Our ideal candidate will need to be equipped with a high degree of emotional intelligence and have a naturally diplomatic manner to be able to manage multiple stakeholders, opinions and ideas.
Our ideal candidate:
Will need to have significant experience in a senior level creative services role.
Understands the overall deliverables of a project and each department’s requirements.
Strong financial reporting and forecasting experience.
Can build strong internal and external relationships.
Has previous experience in a similar environment, working with multi-disciplined teams and talent.
