Leading global PR consultancy is looking for a creative content director to join their developing team.  Working under the guidance and support of the ECD this role will ultimately be driving the creativity of the agency, with responsibility for coming up with multi channel award winning campaign ideas .  Ideation is at the heart of this role along with excellent organisational skills and business acumen. 

You will be able to confidently and passionately communicate your ideas, working closely with clients and the rest of the business to come up with the ‘big idea’ but also with an understanding of how those ideas can be executed into inspiring, effective and deliverable campaigns.

This is a varied role covering social, digital, experiential, PR and print so ideally the candidate will have experience spanning agency and inhouse global consumer brands.  The candidate will be experienced with big brands whilst being channel agnostic. 

This is a new role in a developing team and whilst no managerial reports at present, there are plans to develop the team that would lead to you managing a team.  This person will excel in the writing of creative treatments, getting under the skin of brands in fashion/beauty/tech/lifestyle and coming up with a compelling storytelling strategy to deliver innovative and disruptive campaigns and messaging.

The ideal candidate could come from a variety of backgrounds including creative content as well as more traditional advertising or integrated creative leadership roles but would have the experience of working with global consumer brands and have a demonstrable.

You will need to demonstrate in your work understanding of a narrative of a project, something that demonstrates the outline of a brief, client challenge, why the creative solution was chosen and was the right one and the outcome, with a 360 creative solution.   This may be better to showcase with a case study as well as a folio or showreel.
