This is an FMCG brand owner whose infectious design, tone of voice, look and feel has helped it grow into one of the most dynamic organic food products this decade. Instantly recognisable and loveable and here’s your chance, as a Midweight Designer to be a part of this 50 strong team!
As a midweight designer, they’re hoping you’ll have 2-3 years’ experience under your belt, either in-house or from a design agency working in consumer or fmcg brands, including packaging design, to campaigns, instore, brand activation, social, digital comms.
They’d love you to be a whizz on Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign, but importantly also to be a natural brainstormer, ideas person, don’t be afraid to disrupt and think outside the box. This team is sooooo collaborative, all great ideas are embraced. You’ll have a beady eye for detail too, and not afraid to get your paws dirty, everyone mucks in here.
You will find yourself coming up with concepts for pack take-overs, maybe writing copy for TV adverts, thinking about marketing campaigns and that is just the start. You'll also design for events, looking at how the brands can live across the digital touch points, POS and if you have an illustrative flare - well, that is a nice to have.
As one of their midweight designers, you’ll be working with the marketing and brand team as well as the sales team, you will be part of a forward thinking squad and they know how to push the brand – hard!
