An award-winning international architectural practice headquartered in the City of London, is looking for a French speaking PA/Project Administrator to be responsible for the day-to-day administration for a Partner and a group of architectural projects and teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Being the point of contact for clients and project related calls, and the “go to” person in the team
  • Being aware of project life-cycle, programme, deadlines and construction stages of work.
  • Ensure smooth communication between the UK and French stakeholders
  • Translation of documentation and emails from French to English and English to French
  • Newforma electronic filing of project emails; updating of essential documents and general housekeeping
  • Assist in the issue of Architect’s Instructions, Requests for Information and other contract
  • Provide general administrative support i.e; responding to emails and invitations to events
  • Coordinate client meetings, design team and other project related meetings on behalf of the project team and tasks associated with this
  • Coordinate site visits for clients/contractors
  • Arrange/coordinate tours
  • Coordination of any reports (agenda items, minutes, presentations or bids)
  • Booking WebEx conference calls/meeting with clients/consultants
  • Coordinate travel: trains, flights, taxis. Research travel options

  • French Mother Tongue or fully bilingual in French and English
  • Microsoft Office Suite,
  • Newforma Project File Management and knowledge of Deltek Vision an advantage
